The body of Burlington, Ontario. a man is pulled from Lake Huron.
Around 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, Gray Bruce OPP, Neyaashiinigmiing First Nation Police, Saugeen Shores Fire Department, Sauble Beach Fire Department, Gray County Paramedics and the Trenton Joint Rescue Coordination Center (JRCC) responded to reports of a man entering the water and it doesn’t come out.
Shortly before 10 a.m. the same day, a man was pulled from the lake and life-saving efforts were unsuccessful. The person was pronounced dead at the scene
The victim has been identified as 50-year-old Robert Klingbeil of Burlington.
The OPP say they are continuing to investigate with the assistance of the Western Regional Traffic Accident Management and Control Team.
