A Calgarian walking his dog Sunday morning made a gruesome discovery when he came across a dead body in a driveway, according to police.
Police were called to the driveway in the area of the 1100 block of Frontenac Avenue SW and found the man dead in the road.
The homicide unit then took over the investigation as police said this death was being treated as suspicious.

An autopsy will be scheduled for early this week, according to a news release.

Calgary police are asking anyone in the area who may have seen anything or has security camera footage to contact police as investigators consider how the man ended up in the driveway. Area residents can call the Calgary Police Service non-emergency line at 403-266-1234.
