A performer at the Calgary Stampede’s Grandstand Show was injured in an accident Thursday night.
Stampede officials say one of the circus performers was injured during the performance and was immediately treated by medical personnel.
“The performer was transported to hospital as a precaution,” Kristen Anderson, spokeswoman for the Calgary Stampede, told CTV News on Friday.
She added that the performer was in “good spirits”.
