Apple is expected to launch four iPhone 14 models later this year, and the lineup will also change. With the iPhone 12 and 13 mini not selling too well, Apple will instead sell a larger, non-Pro model to provide the largest iPhone size at a more affordable price point.
After the initial publication of the image in Weibo, DuanRui also tweeted the image. The entry-level iPhone 14 and 14 Pro are expected to have similar-sized displays (6.1 inches), while the larger model iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Max should have 6.7-inch screens. These models resemble the metallic shapes we saw a few months ago.

DuanRui also posted a side-by-side comparison between the 14 Pro Max and the alleged camera island dimensions of the 14 Pro Max. The 14 Pro Max looks bigger, which could be indicative of new camera hardware coming to the 14 Pro Max.

Reports confirm that the iPhone 14 Pro Max will be equipped with a 48MP camera with a higher resolution and that the front cameras of the Pro models will be significantly improved. Otherwise, it looks like subsequent iPhone models have a similar design language with the flat edges and flat front and back. The notch is expected to get a facelift, with a dual-perforation layout for the Face ID hardware instead of a notch.

Other reports suggest that only Apple’s Pro models this year will get the new A16 chipset, while the 14 and 14 “Plus” will continue to use the A15, which is used in Apple’s iPhone 13 range. Apple is also expected to prioritize production of this year’s Pro models.
