Liverpool’s new £85million record signing Darwin Nunez has joined the squad for his first training session as the Reds begin pre-season in Thailand.
The team flew to Bangkok with new signings Nunes and Fabio Carvalho part of the traveling group in preparation for the new Premier League season.
Boss Jurgen Klopp has named a 37-man squad for the tour ahead of games against Manchester United and Crystal Palace next week.

The former Benfica striker was part of the Reds’ 37-man squad that traveled to Bangkok, Thailand
A number of players were given extended leave due to the international break last month before linking up with the rest of the squad, including former Benfica striker Nunes, who was away with Uruguay.
Speaking at a press conference held after landing in Thailand, Klopp said: “A good season, a season where we can improve.
“We have room for improvement. It’s not about how many games you can win, it’s about: how can we play? You can always do better and that’s what we’re going to try.”
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp believes his side have room to improve this season
The former Borussia Dortmund manager is fully confident in his squad despite several changes with the departures of Sadio Mane and Divock Origi, but of course Nunes and Carvalho have joined.
“Possibly as confident. You never know, but I saw a team full of quality on the plane today.
You always need a bit of luck as we all know if you want to win a trophy. But to play a good season you need above all consistency, that’s all and that’s what we’re going to try.
Klopp also insists he has no doubts about the quality of the boys, including new boy Nunes
“I have no doubts about the quality of the boys. We brought in new players – yes, we lost a few players – but we brought in new players; if you want, fresh blood, really useful.
“No places have been chosen yet, who will play where. The boys will apply pressure, which is important.
From now on we have five reserves in the Premier League too – we have to get used to that, we have to adapt to that. I look forward to it.
“There are no guarantees in football, but there’s a good chance we’ll have another good season, I’d say.”
