Sarnia police are now treating the man’s disappearance as suspicious

The Sarnia Police Service is intensifying its search for a missing 33-year-old man and says his disappearance is now being treated as suspicious.

Trevor Chaput was reported missing by family members on July 6.

St. John Sotosanti said the Division of Criminal Investigation has been investigating ever since.

Chaput is described as being about 5’6″ tall, with a thin build and weighing approximately 160 pounds.

He has brown hair, blue eyes, a scar on his right cheek, and tattoos on his upper chest of Scorpio and Leo signs.
