A pervert on an electric bicycle sexually assaulted two women in separate incidents within an hour in Manhattan, cops said Sunday.
The thug allegedly snuck up and attacked his first victim at Central Park West and West 82nd Street around 4 a.m. Saturday, the NYPD said — then struck an hour later at East Fourth Street and Avenue A in Lower East Side.
A video released by New York City police shows the alleged degenerate stalking his first victim, a 23-year-old woman, as she crosses the street, then pounces on her on foot moments later.

The attacker threatened: “Don’t scream, I have a knife!” as he pulled the woman to the ground and raped her, police sources said. The victim has bruises on his body, the police said.
The assailant fled on foot, but was seen riding an electric bicycle south on Central Park West a short time later.
In the second attack, reported around 5 a.m., the same man was on the bike when he approached a 28-year-old woman, jumped and grabbed her, police said.

The attacker, who again claimed to have had a knife, exposed his genitals and forced the woman to have sex before fleeing east on East Fourth Street, NYPD said.
The victim has bruises on her body.
