WEATHER ALERT: A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Burlington and Camden counties until 4:45 p.m.
Severe thunderstorms will affect parts of New Jersey during the evening hours.
Storm Watch Meteorologist Dave Curran says storms will continue until about 10 p.m
WHAT NEXT: Severe storms have the potential to produce heavy rain, strong winds and hail. There is also the potential for tornadoes.
OVERNIGHT: Storms subside and temperatures cool. Temperatures cool to 70 degrees.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and warm. The humidity is decreasing. Daytime highs around 87 degrees, with an overnight low around 70. Humidity starts to rise by Wednesday morning.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny skies. Daytime highs warm to over 80 degrees. Overnight lows cool slightly to the mid 70s.
THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy. A chance for thunderstorms to return. Daytime highs around 88 degrees. Low overnight around 74.
COMING UP: Temperatures climb back into the 90s for Friday and into next week. More chances for thunderstorms Friday and early next week.
