Other proposals offered by about 300 students aged 5 to 13 as part of the project to tackle “injustice, prejudice and racism” are BAME Park, Multi-faith Park and Diversity Fields.
Rainbow Park, Freedom, Peace and Harmony Park and Equal Peace Park were also presented, along with Ramsey Park and McDonald Park, an obvious deconstruction of Ramsey MacDonald, the former Labor leader. which had weak connections with landmarks in the area.
