The Russian Ministry of Defense has already published photos of the crew members from sunken Moscow.
This is reported to be the first time the crew has been seen since the ship sank.
The Russians have admitted that his flagship warship sank after an explosion of ammunition. Ukrainian defense officials said the ship had struck with Neptune anti-ship missiles.
Russia says all 500 crew members were rescued on Wednesday. Ukrainian authorities say some of the people on board have died, including the ship’s captain.
Now the Russian Ministry of Defense has released a 26-second video claiming that it shows the meeting of the head of the Russian fleet, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov, with the crew members.

About 100 sailors in uniforms from the flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet could be seen in a square set up for the meeting.
It is not known when the meeting took place.
On Friday, British defense chiefs said Russia was likely to reconsider its naval position in the Black Sea after the incident.
Russia has suffered damage to two key naval assets – the landing ship “Moscow” and the class “Alligator” Saratov – after the invasion of Ukraine, said the Ministry of Defense of London.
“Both events are likely to force Russia to reconsider its maritime position in the Black Sea,” the statement said.

The Soviet-era Moscow was one of three Glory-class cruisers in the Russian navy.
“Originally commissioned in 1979, Moscow has completed a major overhaul designed to improve its capabilities and returned to operational condition only in 2021,” the defense ministry said.
On Thursday, Western officials said damage to the flagship was another sign of Russian incompetence.
“In terms of confidence in Russian forces, this is a huge loss, no matter how it happened,” they said.
“Whether this is a consequence of incompetence on board or an attack by Ukrainian forces. No matter how it happened, it is a huge blow to Russia’s confidence. I think that’s why we see contradictory Russian stories in this space.
“Because either they were vulnerable to an attack by Ukrainians and this calls into question their competence, or they had a fire on board a large ship, which then led to the detonation of its magazine, where its ammunition is stored, and that is just more an incompetence. “
