It was noticed that the car was driving unevenly near a place in the city center, where a man was fatally injured.
London Road is at the center of a homicide investigation after a man was found injured in an internet cafe on Saturday (April 16th). Police and paramedics were called to the scene around 5.50pm after reports that the 18-year-old victim had been attacked.
He was taken to Royal Liverpool Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Merseyside police said the man’s family was devastated by the tragedy and is currently being assisted by family liaison officers.

Detectives investigating the murder want to talk to people who have been spotted standing at a bus stop on London Road and passing TJ Hughes during the incident, who may have witnessed the incident. They also appealed to the driver of a vehicle that was seen to be driving incorrectly at the time.
Detective Chief Inspector Terry Davis, who is leading the murder investigation, said: “Our investigations into the tragic death of this young man continue. Since Saturday night, Merseyside police have conducted numerous investigations to find out what led to the tragic death of this young man and those involved in the incident.
“The young man’s family is supported by our family relations specialists and is devastated by what happened.
“We know from our work that there was a riot in front of TJ Hughes on London Road, which continued in a nearby internet cafe. The incident happened on a warm Saturday night in a busy area of downtown Liverpool. We know that there were many people standing at bus stops on London Road, passing TJ Hughes or driving on London Road, who may have witnessed this accident or a vehicle driving unevenly at the time.
“I want to call on these people to come out so we can talk to them. Similarly, anyone who may have recordings from a mobile phone or from a camera, please go ahead.
