Charlotte Dawson and her son Noah show her pregnancy test
Charlotte Dawson has revealed that she had a miscarriage after discovering she was expecting her second child on Mother’s Day.
The 29-year-old reality star took to Instagram to share her heartbreaking experience with her loyal followers – after taking a break from social media after some “terrible news”.
Charlotte, who shares her son Noah with fiancé Matthew Sarsfield, wrote on Easter Monday that the couple was “above the moon” to get pregnant again and hopes to one day welcome the “rainbow baby” to the world.
The star also asked Instagram users to stop sending her and Matthew “nasty messages about [their] parenting skills – emphasizing that their son Noah is loved and promises to block and report any heinous messages.

Signing a photo of her young son holding a positive pregnancy test, Charlotte’s update reads: “Hello, my dears, I finally feel ready to publish this. I mean, I don’t know when it’s time to publish this. It was an extremely difficult week mentally, but also obviously physically …
My heart is broken .. and I know that I have never been silent here and always so open and honest with you guys, so it was a shock to all of you .. I continue to receive many, many messages of concern to all of us asking why I’m silent and whether Noah is okay .. Noah is absolutely fine .. he’s amazing. “

She continues: “I am the one who is not well … unfortunately I suffered a miscarriage. Apparently our families and close friends knew I was pregnant, but they didn’t announce anything until I got further. I was so excited to share our happy news with all of you.
“Noah’s little brother or little sister, as you can imagine, Matthew and I were completely in the moon, where our little family would grow up. I also found out on Mother’s Day, which was so special. But sometimes it’s just not meant to be, I really thought it was, but this time it just wasn’t. Spontaneous abortions are so common and not talked about enough.

Charlotte added: “We are so heartbroken right now, I have no words and I just don’t feel that Upto is my happily stupid self right now.
“I also ask if people can stop sending nasty messages to Matthew and me about our parenting skills. I clearly show and say too much, we are damn good parents and Noah is so loved and is our life. And these horrible forums that talk about us, these Trolls are just awful, but they won’t win … any nasty vile comments I get here about this will be blocked and reported.
Charlotte is already in love with her son Noah’s star The star got scared earlier this month when she had to take him to the hospital quickly
“Thank you for all your love and support always, I never want to let go of Noah. I feel so happy to have Noah, one day we will have our rainbow baby …”
