Kyiv, April 23 (Reuters) – Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said on Saturday that Kyiv would abandon talks with Moscow if Russia annihilated the Ukrainian people in Mariupol and held “pseudo-referendums” to create “pseudo-republics” in Russian-occupied areas.
The Ukrainian president spoke at a press conference in Kyiv.
