Police and detectives remain on the scene as police investigate the deaths of two people in neighboring apartments. A man and a woman were found dead on Princess Road, Moss Side, yesterday (Saturday, April 23).
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said the “exact cause of death could not be determined” but confirmed that “direct physical involvement of a third party” was ruled out. Officials also tried to reassure the local community that there was no “wider risk”.
Superintendent Mark Kenny said: “Deaths may not be related, but at this stage the exact cause of death cannot be determined. However, we can exclude the direct physical involvement of a third party.
“I would like to assure the community that there is no greater risk at the moment. Detectives are now investigating the circumstances to determine the cause of death and will remain on the scene while the investigation continues.
