A 64-year-old man has been arrested and released to appear in court at a later date on charges of dangerous driving after nearly missing a highway on the Burin Peninsula on April 16th.
Police pulled the man, and while he provided breath samples that were above the provincial border, they were below the crime threshold.
Meanwhile, the RCMP arrested a 31-year-old man and charged him with injury after a crash with a Villa Marie Drive vehicle in Marystown on April 17. He was released to appear in court.
A 56-year-old man who was driving an ATV in a residential area of Marystown on Saturday was arrested after providing breath samples that were twice the legal limit. The man faces a number of charges.
