Following the fatal stabbing of Harvey Avenue on Gordon Drive on Monday night, Kelowna residents turned to local social media groups to raise public safety concerns.

Castanet News took to the streets on Tuesday to ask if you felt safe while walking around the city.

Police said a 38-year-old man died after being stabbed after a verbal altercation around 8:45 p.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested at the scene and is in police custody as the investigation progresses.
