Glendale police are chasing a black Kia driver described as a man with a baseball cap who was spotted by donuts making donuts at the intersection of Western and San Fernando.
Minutes after the chase, the pursuit suspect resumed turning the vehicle, making donuts, after officers met the vehicle at another intersection.
Police have decided to stop the chase and track down the driver due to public safety concerns, and are currently pursuing the suspects.
