Under “troubled” circumstances, Vancouver Police Const. Tanya Visintin said: “Preliminary evidence shows that the same suspect is responsible for all three indecent acts. We are working to determine if this person is involved in other unsolved cases in Vancouver and neighboring cities.
The first incident occurred on March 20, when police claimed a man had exposed his genitals to a student at the library.

A week later, it was reported that the same man had shown his private parts to a college employee. The incident was reported to the police, but the man left before the cops were notified.
Then, on April 19, a man exposed his genitals to a student at the library, police said. He left before the police arrived.
In all three incidents, the man was described as dark-skinned and about 5 feet 5 to 5 feet tall, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police at 604-717-0604.
