DaBaby is facing criminal charges for beating, which a man claims he suffered as an attempt to prevent the rapper’s entourage from shooting a music video on his property.

The rapper has been charged with a crime by the Los Angeles County Attorney’s Office … over an incident in early December last year … in which a man, Gary Pagar, is said to have been seriously injured.

There is another man named Thankgod Awute who is also accused. Prosecutors say he was DaBaby’s cohort in the crime … they hit him with deliberate robbery.

Pagar filed a lawsuit in February, alleging he was attacked for enforcing basic rules for renting property.

DaBaby and his team rented a massive site that Pagar runs in LA … and Pagar says he was told it would be a vacation spot for DB and his friends. Pagar says he has made it clear … there is a guest limit – no more than 12 – which he claims DaBaby’s management team has agreed to a rental agreement.

During their week-long stay … Pagar says he found out there were more than 12 people in the property at any given time and complained to the DaBaby team … gaining confidence, he falsely says they won’t be there. for a long time.

Eventually, on December 2, he said he visited himself and found out that they were shooting a music video with a whole film crew and many other people around – over 40, he says – and Pagar tried to shut everything down by talking. with DaBaby.

He then claimed that he had been attacked by one of the DB crew, part of which was videotaped. He says DB ordered the man from Pagar, but then allegedly punched him in the face, knocking out his tooth … according to the case.

DaBaby shot and killed 19-year-old Jayline Craig in 2018, a shooting the rapper claims was in self-defense.

It seems that Pagar went to the authorities after that and now they are seriously facing DB and co. A difficult few weeks for DaBaby – this is just the last incident for him in a series of seemingly continuous hiccups.

BTW, Jake Paul was random on this shoot … and the video seems to be for an artist who signed a contract with DaBaby, and he may have just appeared. Anyway, the video is out.
