LA Dodgers boss Todd Boelli is ready to win the battle for Chelsea – despite the latest offer from Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

This is because the Boehly Group has ALREADY received preferential status from the brokers of Roman Abramovich, the US-based Raine Group,

The Boehly team was told that they had been granted an “exclusivity period” to discuss the final terms of the takeover package.

And there’s no guessing that Raine is ready to have fun with such a quick change of course, as Ratcliffe is just too late for the party.

The British billionaire turned to the Rhine this morning and made a bid of £ 4 billion.

The owner of the petrochemical giant Ineos met with Chelsea President Bruce Buck on Thursday to discuss the possibility of considering an offer.

Ratcliffe told The Times: “We presented an offer this morning.

“We are the only British offer. Our motives are just to try to create a very good club in London. We have no motive for profit because we make our money in other ways.

Ratcliffe, a Stamford Bridge ticket holder, wants to use £ 1.75 billion of his offer to upgrade the team and the stadium.

But Boehly’s offer now seems successful.

Elsewhere, Anton Ferdinand called on West Ham to attack Chelsea for Armando Broya.

He told SunSport exclusively: “I would like to go and get the number that is in Southampton on loan from Chelsea.

“It’s exciting. He can finish. He is a powerful young man.

“Not the same, but similar to Antonio in terms of his presence and strength.

“He is ready to run and take two central defenders, and for me personally he is someone West Ham has to look for in order to go and get it.”
