The NFL 2022 draft is over and the Seattle Seahawks have come up with some pretty good additions to their roster. Of course, the issues remain in some key positions and the team is far from settled on most of the list; but one thing we know for sure is that Seahawks is that a lot of new players will get a lot of playing time in the upcoming season. And I, for example, accept the change (because I literally have no choice). So in keeping with this spirit of positivity and thought-provoking, here’s a highlight for every Day Three choice the Seahawks have added to their list, and even a few carefully selected UDFA highlights. Except for Kobe Bryant, who I’ve already looked at in a separate post.
For full coverage of signatures with a Seattle Seahawks free agent, see the Field Gulls UDFA tracker.
Tariq Woolnen CB | UTSA
Tyrek Smith EDGE | Ohio
Tyrek Smith is a damn good footballer … Flashes a little / Step 1, but no explosive equipment or arsenal for a quick pass
It may not be the high-level prospect of Chase Young or Boza, but he is a solid player pic.twitter.com/tUZpaFrRKZ

side note: i really like this choice. Like Alton Robinson’s selection, I feel these are the guys this team needs; it would be great to see the presence of a large corps of rotating commanders who can actually influence the game.
Bo Melton WR | Rutgers
Darik Young WR | Lenoir-Rhine
Dareke Young took many assists in this attack on Lenoir Rhyne … He also often played from position 3pt on this wing

Levi Lewis QB | Louisiana-Lafayette
Last season, Levi Lewis went for a record 3050 yards, threw for 195 yards, threw for 26 TD and just 4 interceptions.
His development as QB was clearly visible during the LendingTree Bowl.
All Cajun fans should be excited about this guy. #GeauxCajuns #cULture pic.twitter.com/jfYinno9Q4

Beetle Bolden S | Miami
Kyle Hamilton is the best safety prospect. This class is very good!
Safety in Miami Bubba Bolden is the theme of my next song! I like his qualities and potential! pic.twitter.com/kPnyF8l8yj
