The Winnipeg Police Homicide Squad is investigating after a man was found wounded in a hotel and later died early Sunday morning.
Police said officers were called to a hotel on block 300 on Smith Street shortly after midnight to report that a man was injured.
The man, who is about 30 years old, was taken to hospital in serious condition, where he later died of his injuries.
