The McNabb Street crash has reduced driving fees

Officers responded around 3:45 a.m. Friday morning

Police have charged a 67-year-old woman with driving difficulties after officers responded to a collision with a car on McNabb Street early Friday morning.

News release issued by Sault Ste. The Marie Police Service says Donna Bardawill failed two breath tests since her arrest.

On April 29, 2022, patrol officers accused 67-year-old Donna Bardaville of surgery while she was injured.

At around 3:45 a.m., officers responded to a single collision of a vehicle in block 0-100 on McNabb Street. Upon arrival, officers noticed the driver of the vehicle, later identified as the accused, talking to the EMC. During a conversation with the accused, the officers found reason to believe that her ability to drive a vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

She was arrested and later provided two breath samples in an approved device, recording two failed results.

She is accused of: • surgery for damage – alcohol and / or drugs • surgery for injury – blood alcohol concentration (80+)

She was released on bail and is due to appear in court on July 27, 2022.
