Winnipeg police are urging the public to watch out for Mercedes after a car theft was reported on Monday.
Police say officers were called to a store in block 700 on Corydon Avenue to report car theft around 5 p.m.
Police spoke to a man and two women who said they were returning to their parked car when a man pulled a weapon on the victim’s man.
Police said the suspect asked for car keys and then attacked the man before leaving the car. Police said the victim was slightly injured.
People are asked to take care of the white Mercedes C300 4Matic from 2017, which has a red interior. The car also has a spoiler and dark wheels.
If anyone has information about the vehicle, please call 204-986-6222. Police are telling people not to approach the car.
Police are continuing the investigation.
