The woman, whose identity has not been revealed, is in serious condition, according to Roll. She was initially transported by air to a hospital in Nassau, CNN reported.
Authorities are still trying to find out what caused the deaths of the three who died on Friday. According to Acting Prime Minister of the Bahamas Chester Cooper, there is no suspicion of unfair play.
Authorities did not confirm that the hospitalized woman was staying at the same resort.
A man was found in a villa with no signs of injury and a couple was found in another villa, the Bahamas Royal Police said in a statement on Saturday.
The couple, who complained of illness the night before they were found, showed signs of seizures and no signs of trauma, police said.
Sandals spokeswoman Stacey Royal confirmed to CNN the deaths of three guests at the Sandals Emerald Bay resort of Great Exuma.
The identities of the three Americans killed will be released on Monday after “official identification” is complete, Rawl told CNN.
Cooper on Friday asked the National Minister for Health and Wellness to lead a delegation of health, environment and public works officials in the Exuma region.
