A buzz about Elon Musk’s tweet

New Delhi:

Tesla CEO Elon Musk, known for causing a storm with his tweets, caused a stir today in a post talking about death in “mysterious circumstances”.

“If I died under mysterious circumstances, it was good to know you,” Mr. Musk tweeted about a week after announcing his decision to buy the $ 44 billion microblogging site Twitter.

Shortly before that, Mr Musk shared a post that appeared to be a communication saying he was involved in “supplying fascist forces in Ukraine with military communications equipment”. “And for that, Elon, you will be held accountable as an adult – no matter how much you pretend to be a fool,” the publication added.

The statement also claims that the equipment was delivered to Ukraine from the Pentagon, the headquarters of the US Department of Defense.

The two publications sparked speculation as to whether Tesla’s CEO was facing threats from Russia to help Ukraine during the war.

In February, Mr. Musk’s SpaceX Starlink satellite broadband service was activated in Ukraine after a minister from the war-torn country spoke.

The tweet about death in mysterious circumstances met with various responses, ranging from jokes to caution to solidarity.

Some users asked if Mr Musk was intoxicated, others said he was worried about huge taxes, and some said he had to live to carry out “reform”.

Over the past few months, Mr Musk has consistently made headlines criticizing Twitter for shrinking the space for free speech, then refusing to join its board at the last minute and then announcing his decision to buy it for the huge sum .

Following the announcement, he irritated radical ideas for the microblogging site, including the introduction of a fee for commercial and government users.
