Two people were shot near the Deer District after a Bucks game, 1 arrested

MILWAUKI – There is a large police presence near the Deer District after the Milwaukee Bucks game on Friday night.

Milwaukee police told a TMJ4 News reporter at the scene that two people had been shot and one was in custody.

Our reporter, who was in the Deer District, said that there was a commotion among the fans after the game ended shortly before 9:30 p.m. He witnessed fans running for cover.

Witnesses told TMJ4 News that they heard gunshots. Another witness said they saw a battle in front of a bar in the Deer District.
