Tesla, traveling at 70 miles per hour, crashed into a convention center in Columbus, Ohio, footage from the crash shows.
A 2020 Tesla 3 driver collided head-on at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on May 4 after the driver lost control of his brakes, according to a police report received from the WBNS.
The video shows a car traveling at high speed crashing into a curb and passing into the air over a staircase before passing through the doors of the convention center. The car crashed into a support pole inside and rotated about 180 degrees before finally stopping.
The driver was taken to a local hospital, where he is in stable condition, police said. He was slapped with a quote about lack of control.
No one was injured in the facility.
The crash caused damage of about $ 250,000 to $ 300,000, a convention center official said.

A witness told police that Tesla appears to have accelerated to turn a yellow light down the block, according to a police report.
There is no indication that Tesla’s autopilot or full self-driving features caused the crash.
The National Transit Safety Council has not launched a formal investigation into the involvement of technology in the incident, Fox News reported.
