A man died after a minibus crashed into a terraced property in Durham County.
Police and paramedics were called to Medomsley Road in the Consett area shortly before midnight.
Officials closed the road from McNicholas Laundry Service to Glenroyd House in both directions due to the incident.
Police have now confirmed that a man in the van has been pronounced dead at the scene.
Medomsley Road is now open for traffic.
