Police Sergeant Craig Wood of the South Wales Traffic Police Department said: “We would like to thank those members of the public who helped us at the scene and we would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who there may be a truck … footage from the incident. The road was closed for several hours while we investigated the collision and I want to thank the drivers for their patience and understanding during this time.
