Heartless attacker Uvaldo Salvador Ramos has threatened to rape social media users in a popular teen app, commonly referred to as the “school shooter of Yubo”, according to new reports.
Ramos, 18, received the sinister title from others at Yubo, according to Sky News, before shooting and killing 21 people, including 19 children at Rob Elementary School, on Tuesday in one of the most horrific mass shootings in American history.
“He was nicknamed the ‘School Shooter of Yubo,'” a 17-year-old girl using the platform told a British-based newspaper.
“People would join… to be like ‘Oh, hey, look, this is Yubo’s school shooter,” said the 17-year-old, who was not identified by Sky News, adding: “He never tried to exclude this nickname, he seemed almost proud of it, you know.
Ramos also boasted that he had bought a weapon and said in an audio chat room that people deserved to be “raped”, according to the report.

Yubo is a French social networking application that has tens of millions of users.
The 17-year-old girl who met Ramos in the app also told Sky News that Ramos would “threaten rape, kidnapping and murder” in chat rooms. When he sent a personal message to her and the other girls, she said she would threaten them if they did not respond.
Ramos sent her a message on Valentine’s Day that he would bow to her, but later told her to “come jump off the bridge” when she did not contact him, according to Sky News.

He then found her number and threatened her with text messages, sending her a message: “You will be sorry you did not do what I say,” said Sky News, which provided screenshots of the messages.
Two Yubo users also told CNN about Ramos’ threats of violence.
Amanda Robbins, a 19-year-old teenager from California, told the publication that Ramos said he would break down her door and rape and kill her after she rejected his sexual interference.
Hannah, 18, of Ontario, Canada, said Ramos threatened to shoot her school and rape and kill her and her mother during a live broadcast, according to CNN.

Both teens reported threats to Yubo, CNN reported, with Hannah saying he was only temporarily banned.
Ramos turned on his webcam last week to show a gun to his bed, Hannah told CNN.
Ramos was apparently harassed on the platform, Sky News reported.
“I will not lie, he was harassed in the application. It’s almost a high school community, “the 17-year-old told the paper.

A Yubo spokesman told Sky News that they were “deeply saddened by this indescribable loss” and were cooperating with the authorities.
“At this stage, we are not legally able to release any specific consumer information outside of direct requests from law enforcement, but we can confirm that we are investigating an account that has since been banned from the platform,” a spokesman told the publication.
