At least three people were killed and 16 were seriously injured after a train derailed in southern Germany.
A police spokesman said the train to Munich was quite full at the time it crashed north of the Bavarian ski resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
A total of about 60 people were injured in the accident, a spokesman for the Garmisch-Partenkirchen district office said.
Several students were on board the train, the local newspaper reported.
