The wedding was in doubt after photos surfaced showing him fainting in bed, surrounded by two blondes last week.

But shortly after he said yes at Sunday’s ceremony, the famous hit began, which begins: “Let’s meet, let me tell you I’m sorry.

“You don’t know how beautiful you are.”

The touching song, played live by musicians in a picturesque 16th-century walled garden at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel in Hampshire, continues: “Nobody said it was easy.

“No one has ever said it will be so difficult.”

A source close to the couple said it was a “special moment” and added: “The song was like an open message to Billy from Andy to all their friends and family, it was emotional.

“It’s a song that means a lot to them, and the words mean even more now that they’ve been through the last accusations and reunited at the altar and finally got married.”

The newlyweds, who are now said to be “leaving the past behind”, continued to celebrate in a huge ballroom with a pink neon sign “The Carroll’s” welcoming their guests.

The former TOWIE star, 34, and her footballer husband, 33, were seen dancing slowly as a live singer serenaded them in a romantic video shared on TOWIE’s Instagram Stories by friend Kara Kilby yesterday.

Carol kissed her new bride’s cheek as she swayed to the music, dressed in a classic white wedding dress and train.

The groom chose a suitable elegant black suit, a fresh white shirt and a dirty bow tie.

A stunning white wedding cake, a meter high, was later displayed under a neon sign while the revelers partyed until 2 a.m. and could be heard singing “Wailing Men” as the holiday drew to a close.

One viewer told The Sun: “There were definitely a few sick heads around the breakfast room from the guests who took advantage of the free bar, but the bride and groom still seemed full of energy from the happy day!”

Among the guests at the lavish event were the three children of the couple Arlo at six, Wolfe at four and 21-month-old daughter Marvel May.

Carol’s daughter Emily Rose and son Lucas, whom he has from a previous relationship, were also among the 200 guests, with room prices starting at £ 600 a night and the Royal Suite costing a whopping £ 6,000.
