One of the teenagers from Stomarket is accused of causing grievous bodily harm, a crime and possession of an insulting weapon, while the other, from Ipswich, is facing a crime.
Police said the incident occurred after a quarrel between two small groups of men, one of whom is believed to be carrying a large knife.
A 28-year-old man was taken to hospital after receiving a deep shoulder cut, a lung puncture and a wrist wound.
His injuries were initially described as potentially life-threatening, but he left the hospital on Friday afternoon after receiving treatment.

Magistrates left the teenager at Stomarket in a local government apartment before his next court appearance, while the young man from Ipswich was released on parole.
The couple will then appear in the youth court in Ipswich on Thursday, June 16.
Suffolk police detectives said early investigations led them to believe it was not an accidental attack.
Section 60 was allowed about 30 minutes after the incident at 9.40pm for an initial period of 24 hours as a precautionary measure. This gave the police additional powers to stop and search people without suspicion.
This was canceled at 12.15 on Friday.
