According to police, the accused man was handcuffed and detained after a “brief fight” with officers. He continued to shout at police as he was placed in the back of a cruiser, police said.

The 34-year-old man from Kingston is accused of assault, threatening to inflict bodily harm, resisting arrest and causing disturbance.
