Pop sensation Ed Sheeran kicks off four evening concerts at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester City tonight.
Guitarist and songwriter Ed, who already has hits around the world, will perform to nearly a quarter of a million fans in four shows.
About 60,000 fans will gather in East Manchester, home of the Premier League Champions, as he leads his rave-ranging math tour in the city.

He has already played in front of record crowds at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff and at the Light Stadium in Sunderland.
The doors of the show opened tonight at 16:00, with the first support coming on stage at 18:00. However, a number of excited fans had already started queuing hours before to try to secure a first-class seat in front of the stage.
The Suffolk-born star, whose hits include The Shape of You, Castle on the Hill and Photograph, previously played at the stadium in May 2018 as part of her record-breaking Divide Tour.
His gigs kicked off a massive weekend of live music in Manchester with the Parklife Festival on Saturday and Sunday, with The Killers playing Emirates Old Trafford and Alicia Keys playing AO Arena on Saturday.
