“Leading” actor David Kohner was hit with another crime by DUI last weekend – months after he was charged with hitting and running while intoxicated, according to reports.
The latest bust of the 59-year-old came to Southern Ohio shortly after 2 a.m. on June 4 while on tour, TMZ reported.
Kohner was seen turning before a U.S. soldier pulled him away and allegedly smelled alcohol in his breath, sources told the paper.
He has been announced for a ticket and is expected to appear in court next month.
Kohner was in Ohio as part of his Office tour and had a show later that night in Ayron, according to TMZ.
In April, the former SNL cast member was hit with a DUI and charges of hitting and running in California stemming from his arrest in December 2021 on New Year’s Eve, when police said he was driving incorrectly and hit a stop sign.

The actor and comedian filed for divorce from his wife Lee Kohner in January 2020 after nearly 22 years of marriage.
