Ontario health officials say 528 people are in hospital with COVID-19, including 110 patients in intensive care.
The total number of patients with the disease fell slightly on Saturday from 536 hospitalizations reported on Friday.

The province reported 825 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, but health officials warned that the number was underestimated due to limitations in tests and lags.
With 11,050 tests processed in the last 24 hours, the health ministry says the province’s positive results rate is about 7.1 percent.
In the Greater Toronto area, officials reported 210 new cases in Toronto, 62 new cases in the Peel region, 55 new cases in the York region, 35 new cases in the Durham region and 20 new cases in the Halton region.
The province estimates that another 892 cases of the disease have been resolved as of Saturday, increasing the number of patients cured in Ontario to 1,290,406.
Today’s report brings the total number of laboratory-confirmed cases in Ontario to 1,312,185.
The province reported 51 resident cases and 17 cases of staff in long-term care facilities in Ontario. Five of the eight deaths reported on Saturday involved residents in long-term care.
Officials said at least 62 long-term care homes are currently dealing with the outbreak.
