Despite her long career in show business, perhaps because of her complicated love life Patsy Kensit is the most famous.
And now, at 54, she says she’s finally realized she didn’t have to walk the path with so many of her boyfriends.
In fact, the former Holby City star even seems to have cleared two of her four exes from her list of husbands.

The actress, who first married in 1988 when she was 22, is divorced from Dan Donovan, from the 1980 pop group Big Audio Dynamite, Simple Minds frontman Jim Kerr, Oasis singer Liam Gallagher and most soon 90’s DJ Jeremy Healy.

But today, unmarried and “for a date,” Miss Kensit openly admits that only two of her four trips on the trail were “significant marriages.” They are those of Kerr and Gallagher, fathers of her sons James, 28, and Lennon, 22, respectively, both of whom still live with her in north London.
She told the Middle Ages Postcard podcast: “Well, I married all my boyfriends, so … that was something I learned I shouldn’t do. I can’t change the rules of the law … [but] I’ve been with Jim and Lennon’s father for years, so I kind of count them as my two marriages.
“I know this is not allowed, I know there was a ceremony. But I feel that these were really significant connections and very, very deep and wonderful in so many ways.
Miss Kensit married Donovan in 1988, but they separated in 1991. A year later, she married Kerr, but they divorced in 1995. By 1997, Miss Kensit was married to Gallagher. They separated in 2000, and it was nine years before Miss Kensitt set out on the aisle again, this time marrying Healy.
They have been friends since the 1980s. But they set out in different ways in 2010, citing tensions at work.
