Ryan is known for his serious acting work in acclaimed films such as Drive, Blade Runner 2049, Blue Valentine and Half Nelson.
With a smirk and white underwear branded with his character’s name, Ken’s role certainly seems a bit of a left turn for Thespian.
Of course, Twitter seems to have agreed, as fans of the film went to a microblogging site to respond to Ryan’s stunning image of his addicted body.
The director of “Little Women and the Ladybug” Greta Gerwig is the director of the project and wrote the screenplay for the film with his longtime partner Noah Baumbach.

The film features stellar cast members including Will Ferrell, Isa Ray, Simu Liu, Kate McKinnon, America Ferrera, Michael Serra and Alexandra Ship.
An IMDB summary of the upcoming film reads: “A doll living in Barbiland has been kicked out because she is not perfect enough and is embarking on an adventure in the real world. A feature film based on Barbie’s popular toy line.
Margo has long been planned to play the world’s most iconic fashion doll in an action movie, and in December 2020 she promised to give the audience “something completely different.”
First reactions: Fans flooded social media when they responded to Ryan’s first glance
Choosing something “a little left center” when it comes to her portrayal of the Mattel doll, the project will be produced by her LuckyChap Entertainment Company, whose motto is “If it’s not af ** k, yes, it’s no.” ‘
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter about the project, Robbie said: “Something like Barbie, where the IP address, the name itself, people immediately have an idea of ’Oh, Margo plays Barbie, I know what it is.’
“But our goal is to be like, ‘Whatever you think, we’re going to give you something completely different – something you didn’t know you wanted.’
The live Barbie movie is scheduled for release on July 21, 2023.
