A man has been charged in connection with a shooting in Brampton in April that killed another man.
In the early morning hours of April 30, police and paramedics were called to a restaurant in the area of Kennedy Road and Sandalwood Parkway, where a man was reportedly shot.
When they arrived, they found 30-year-old Ricardo Brian with life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was transported to a trauma center, where he died days later.
Police said Wednesday that the suspect was arrested this week. They said Carl Anthony Hahn, 26, of Mississauga, was charged with first-degree murder.
He was remanded in custody and appeared in court in Brampton on Wednesday.

When that is not possible, we are equally committed to holding those responsible for the damage caused by their actions, “Peel Deputy Chief of Police Nick Milinovic said in a press release announcing Khan’s arrest.
