Emergency services were called to an apartment building in Salford yesterday afternoon (June 25), where a man was found dead. His close relatives have been notified.
Police and an ambulance were called shortly before 5:30 p.m. in black on Adelphi Street, Salford. This is due to reports of concern for the welfare of a man in one of the properties.
The man was pronounced dead on the spot. An investigation into the death continues.

A spokesman for the Greater Manchester Police said: “At around 5.25pm on Saturday, June 25, 2022, we received a signal of concern for the welfare of an individual in a property on Adelphi Street, Salford. Emergency services arrived and the man was pronounced dead on stage.

“His close relatives have been informed. Investigations are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the death.
