A man accuses Imran Ahmad Khan of proposing it when he was 16 British news

A man has accused Imran Ahmad Khan, a disgraced former Conservative MP, of proposing it when he was 16.

The man whom the Guardian calls Andrew (not his real name) says he met Khan at a birthday party in Suffolk in August 2015. He claims that Khan, then in his early 40s, proposed to give him oral sex and take him to a hotel room to get cocaine and hire a prostitute.

Andrew came out with his story after Khan was convicted Monday of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy after smearing him with gin at a party in 2008. Khan announced on Thursday that he would resign, sparking a by-election in Yorkshire’s headquarters. Wakefield.

Andrew’s mother, who was also at the party with her partner, told the Guardian that she told Khan to stay away from her son after he told her about the oral sex proposal.

The mother’s partner said he had also told Khan to back off and that it was “inappropriate” to talk to Andrew that way. Another elderly party guest told the Guardian that he had also urged Khan in a similar vein.

Another person who worked at the event said he remembered being told about the incident afterwards and that it was a “party story”.

The event took place in tents and tents in a field in Suffolk. Andrew says it’s the first time he’s noticed Khan sitting by a campfire watching “from his face.” He claims that he asked Khan if he was okay and that Khan said that his friends had given him “too many pills”.

The next day, Andrew joined a group of people listening to Khan tell a story about working as a mediator between the UK government and the Taliban. “He said he was shot and blown up while traveling in a vehicle that was hit by the IED [improvised explosive device] and then he lifted his shirt to show us some scars, “Andrew said. “He asked me to touch them and I put my finger in one of the holes.”

He claims that Khan then asked him about his sexuality. Andrew said he was right, but Hahn said he thought sexuality was “on the spectrum.”

He claims that Khan later offered to give him “the best whistle of his life”. The teenager then told his mother what had happened, which caused her and her partner to intervene.

Khan later complained to Andrew that he had “refused” him and asked him why he had told his mother. “I told him he made me uncomfortable and a little weird. He asked why it was weird, and I said, “Well, I’m only 16,” Andrew said. He replied, “Okay, you’re legal.”

Andrew claims that Khan asked him if he had ever done “DP” (double penetration). He said no. He claims that Khan then said something like “why don’t we hang out and have fun?” Before offering to book a hotel in Henley, “buy a lot of cocaine and a prostitute and” fuck all weekend. “

At the time, Andrew said he felt “really uncomfortable.” I didn’t know how to take it. I was only 16. ”

He later said he had spread out with friends and didn’t think much about it until he saw this week that Khan had been convicted of sexually abusing a 15-year-old.

Andrew said: “The story appeared on the BBC app and I saw a picture of him and thought, damn it, that’s him. And God, this man is an MP. He is perhaps the most remote type of person someone wants to represent, a pedophile who offers drugs to a 16-year-old and tries to get him to make fun of a prostitute.

He said he was motivated to leave after learning that Khan planned to appeal his sentence, and read Khan’s defense in the trial as he tried to explain why he had discussed pornography with his 15-year-old victim.

Khan’s lawyer said he asked the boy what pornography he had watched to find out where his “true sexual inclinations” were after the young man told him he was confused about his sexuality.

When I read his defense, he said he was just trying to help the boy come to terms with his sexuality by behaving as if he intended to offer him support and comfort, I just thought: this is the same pattern of behavior “He could very easily have been me. It would have been very easy for me if I hadn’t been surrounded by adults.”

Khan’s lawyers said on Thursday afternoon that they had advised him not to comment on Andrew’s allegations, “given the ongoing criminal proceedings against our client”. Half an hour later, he left as an MP, saying he would now focus solely on clearing his name.
