Police in Minneapolis are investigating a deadly stab wound to a subway bus in the Uptown area early Sunday morning.
The scene around 2 a.m. near Lagoon and South Emerson Boulevards was the second murder in Uptown in approximately two hours.

Police believe the dispute between the two men has escalated and the perpetrator stabbed the other passenger before fleeing on foot.
The injured man died on the spot despite efforts to save the lives of Metro Transit Police and Emergency Medical Aid, police said.
No arrests have been made.
Minneapolis police have processed the scene and gathered evidence. The forensic doctor from Henpen County will reveal the name of the deceased and the details of his death.
