A man died after being hit by a truck this morning (April 29). The collision occurred in Wythall, Worcestershire, around 3.08 am.
Ambulance crews were called in for the incident at the intersection of Alchester Road South and the Hollywood Bypass, but unfortunately the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Two ambulances were present, a paramedic and a traumatologist MERIT.
A spokesman for the West Midlands ambulance said: “Upon arrival, crews found a man who was a pedestrian, in critical condition after the collision.

“The ambulance staff immediately began to provide advanced life support, but unfortunately, despite all their efforts, it became clear that nothing could be done to save the man and it was confirmed that he was dead at the scene.
