A motorcyclist dies after a terrible truck accident near Loch Lomond
Emergency services rushed to the A82 between Tarbet and Inveruglas after the alarm was raised at around 4.15pm on Wednesday (April 20th).
Ambulances arrived, but a 31-year-old man was tragically dead on the spot.
The driver of the truck is unharmed.

Both lanes of the A82 were quickly closed to traffic with deviations introduced.
The road remained closed at 8pm on Wednesday night as police continued their investigation.
Sergeant Hugh Nichols of the Dumbarton Traffic Police Department said: “At this time we have a lot of thoughts with the family and friends of the deceased.
“I would like to thank the public who stopped at the scene and provided statements to employees. We continue to call on all other witnesses to come out.
“If you have any information about this incident, please call the police on 101, quoting incident 2388 from April 20.”
Earlier today, Scottish police updated their social media channels with advice for those hoping to have access to the road.
They wrote: “The A82 is currently closed between Tarbet and Inveruglas after a road accident that occurred around 4.15pm.
“Emergency services are on the scene and drivers are advised to avoid the area. There are deviations. “
