May 2, 2022 – Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and St. John’s Care Group Joseph confirms that an outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared in Hogarth Riverview Manor, 2 North – a residential area of Lavender, in Thunder Bay.
TBDHU has launched an in-depth assessment of the situation. If necessary, additional measures will be taken to address this situation.
