A mother from Los Angeles has admitted that she killed three of her seven children on Mother’s Day with the help of her 16-year-old son, authorities said.
Angela Flores, a 38-year-old mother of seven, was sentenced to three counts of murder in the LA County Jail on Sunday night for the alleged murder of two of her boys and 12-year-old daughter. Her bail was set at $ 6 million.
The 16-year-old was also arrested on a murder charge and was detained in the Sylmar juvenile hall, CBS News reported, citing police.
Police responded to a report of a deadly gun attack at about 7:40 a.m. Sunday at a home on Victoria Boulevard and found the three victims, Natalie, 12, Nathan, 8, and Kevin, believed to be about 10, according to output.
The LAPD said Flores admitted to killing her children with the help of a 16-year-old boy.
The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. Flores’ other three children live outside the country with their father and are unharmed.

Neighbors told the local CBS branch that Flores was chaotic on Saturday night.
She was reportedly heard shouting, praying and lighting candles in other homes on the street.
“I heard someone shout, ‘My family is harassing me,’ and all sorts of nonsense. I couldn’t figure out what it was. “Priscilla Canales told CBSLA.” I guess she was in our neighbor’s yard at the time, burning a candle and taking out a Bible. “

She said that when Flores was taken out on a stretcher, “she kept jumping, jumping, and saying, ‘Where’s my Bible?’ Where is my Bible?
Authorities did not say how the children died, nor did they reveal a possible motive for the crime.
“The deaths of these three children are truly horrific and tragic. As a parent and grandparent, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the people who love them, “said Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon in a statement.
