If you’re an Apple user, then you may see some issues with the App Store or Apple Music. Apple’s system status page lists issues affecting “all users” for both services spotted at 11:41 a.m. ET, without going into detail. In our tests, the App Store and Apple Music generally work, but users have noticed problems for several hours.
Reddit posters have seen problems with missing information on Apple Music, Dolby Atmos, and lossless audio where these features should be, while some say they can’t play music even if it’s downloaded to their local storage for offline listening. Some users said that the entry and exit corrected the missing audio features without losing them, but not the missing texts. We were able to confirm the problem with texts, as shown below.

9to5Mac said earlier that Apple’s privacy labels did not appear in many ads in the App Store, citing a source confirming that this is a bug that will soon be fixed. There is no formal word on solutions or workarounds – or ETA on when problems can be solved.
