A teenager from Florida died after he and a group of other teenagers took turns firing at each other while carrying armor in Bellevue, Florida.
On April 3, the Bellevue Police Department was called in to respond to a shooting at a home, reports said.
Police said officers found 16-year-old Christopher Leroy Broad shot and wounded. Two other boys are believed to be involved in the incident, according to police.

Broad was transferred to a hospital where he died of his injuries.
According to police reports, it was later established that “Wining and Broad took turns shooting at each other while wearing a vest that contained the shape of a bulletproof vest.”

CNN reported that the forensic service said the cause of Broad’s death was a single gunshot wound to the chest.
Broad’s death was declared murder.
Joshua Winning, 17, has been arrested and charged with manslaughter.
Colton Whitler, 17, who was initially questioned as a witness to the shooting, is accused of misleading officials with “inaccurate information about what happened and who shot Broad,” according to a police report.
The teenager was arrested and charged with providing false information to law enforcement.
CNN was able to obtain an affidavit claiming that a third teenager told officers he “recorded video of both shootings using Snapchat on his iPhone” and saved footage of Winning’s shooting, but deleted the recording. on Broad.
